You want a boarding school but don't have any money to pay for it, support yourself whilst there, or even get there? Not going to happen then!

The best thing you can do is finish high school in Norway and then get a job and save up for a move to Canada when you're older.

Best of luck.

Of course I saved money to fly there, and for the first months.

The question is how much it costs (maybe there is government funding for those who can't pay)

I insist on doing it.

You've already been told that normal schooling would be free, but if you want a boarding school then you'll need to find the one you want yourself, and ask them about their fees. I just had a very quick Google and found a few, seems to be about $20,000-30,000 a year in fees. I can't see how you'd get government funding with it, as they're independent schools.

HTH.

Do you have a Canadian passport? I hope your birth certificate shows your mother and fathers citizenship if you don't have a Canadian passport as you won't even get through the front door to Canada never mind Calgary.

Normal schooling is not free. There are many fees that have to be paid each year which, as I said above, depends upon the school and the courses each student chooses to take.

Apparently the public schools are not free in Calgary there are fees to be paid.
Read the link I gave on the Calgary Board of Education to see their fees etc etc.
Google is your friend.

I don't know if English is your first language, but if you wish to move to Calgary and you'd like people to help you in any way, I suggest you put more effort into your manners of communication.

You will not find help easy to come by with an attitude like you have displayed on this thread.
