I have using this website for over one year and find it very informative. I just decided to join and be a part of the crowd waiting to 'sail across' the great ocean.

Glad you've joined in. There are a few of us in the Birmingham Area. We've just had a get together which is something we do 2 or three times a year. Good for general discussion and opinion.

We we're thinking of Toronto at one point as we also had friends there. They are now moving to BC because they find the winters too long and cold. Apparently it was a real shock to the system 3 years ago.
Everyones different and I expect people get used to it ! Just something to be aware of. Apparently last winter was particularly bad which is why they've decided to move.
