I see he is banned. Good. In my view we do not need contributions like those seen on my previous thread about Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Lets keep it clean, inoffensive, informative and friendly from now on.
Good discussion, debate and even disagreements on this forum can often be a good thing, but he took it too far and in a somewhat distasteful manner.

Apologies for my part in the fiasco last night.
It all started of as harmless banter between Heycronie, myself and Glaswegian with no evidence (at least that I could see) in the early stages that things were going to turn out the way they were. Truth be told I found him amusing and entertaining in the early stages.
I guess as the night progressed he must have got more pissed.

Neither of you are to blame and as you said, you were not to know how things were to progress in the thread.
My only concerns were that my daughter (aged 13) often reads the forum and I was a bit concerned for her to read some of his or her (do we know?) latter comments, which were getting a bit (actually a lot) over the top.
Keep up the good work as I find your contributions to be most informative.

I was glad to read this person is banned. I thought he/she was banned but still posting. Its too bad people like that don't have something better to do to occupy their time than posting offensive and inane comments on a board such as this.
