I'm sorry but perhaps you are confused.

Magnumpi told you exactly that several times.

You get a class 8 learner licence and after a year you take the class 8 road test, which removes some of the restrictions. You can drive on the roads with a class 8 learner licence (once you have passed the knowledge test etc).

The electric bike with pedals was mentioned as you would not need to get a licence for it. It was a suggestion.

A thank you to the people who have given their time up to help you wouldn't go amiss.

Good job there's no IQ test for a moped.

Hey I have u know I am quite good at them IQ test thingies, its just properly gramma I ain't a master of.

As i already said i was confused as to how it was written there is no need for you to be like that.
