Magnumpi didnt say that i get a class 8 after my knowledge test and other requirement. I was just confused because on the stages 3 it says i will get my class 8 after 12 of being a learner. And the limit speed motorcycle it says that i need a learner class 6 or 8. I already said that it is a moped i want and not an electric bike with pedals.
Magnumpi told you exactly that several times.
You get a class 8 learner licence and after a year you take the class 8 road test, which removes some of the restrictions. You can drive on the roads with a class 8 learner licence (once you have passed the knowledge test etc).
The electric bike with pedals was mentioned as you would not need to get a licence for it. It was a suggestion.
A thank you to the people who have given their time up to help you wouldn't go amiss.

To be polite and helpful? I can't see why you'd have an issue with anything Siouxie has said. However, as pointed out, you've now been given the answer so I will close this thread, and thank the kind people that took the time to help you on your behalf. If you have any further questions pls start a new thread.
Thx.
