Hello,

I'm applying for a work visa through the IEC program. I'm currently in Canada as a visitor, I got a visitors after being here for a year on a BUNAC work visa.

I'm not sure if I need to fill in the IM 1295 form (Application for work permit made outside of Canada), i'm in Canada so do I need to include this form?

Also, do I need to write anything or sign my 2 photographs?

I've looked for answers to both but can't fins anything.
