Default Help filling out B4 forms please!

Help! I'm getting a bit confused filling out the B4 forms. If there is anyone who could give us a hand with these would be appreciated! Does anyone know of examples of these forms online?

Are you coming as PRs? Persons on TWPs dont fill out a B4. Actually you dont need to fill one out before you arrive the friendly CBSA officers will fill it out for you but they wont fill out a goods to follow list.

I'm a returning Canadian, my wife has just gotten her PR. It's jsut a bit confusing as to what we are to put on the forms. On the B4A, do we just write down everything that's in our suitcases and hand luggage and their values? We had our stuff shipped with a company here in Glasgow, so do they provide us with a B4 form that lists all the goods to follow? Or do I fill that one out as well, and just show the customs officer the rough packing list that the mover gave us? I know I sound a bit thick here but I just want to make sure that our arrival in Canada goes smoothly..

Ah you get the benefit of filling out the B4 as either a new settler (wife) or you as a former resident. The benefit of the settler is that there is no $10,000 limit on any one item whereas a former resident would have to pay taxes on the amount exceeding $10 grand.
As long as any list has a description of the goods that an officer can understand then they are accepted. B4s will be done usually at the 1st POE.
