if our job titles not listed does this mean we cannot move to nove scotia then, how do we get even started about getting into the area

You could explore the possibility of the Nova Scotia Community Identified Stream.

Also check out Career Beacon, which is a job website. Use the advanced search feature near the top right hand corner to narrow your search to Nova Scotia and to a field that you're interested in, e.g., skilled trades.
