So the deal that seemed so close fell at the final fence?

The final subject (financing) didn't work out for our buyer - basically they haven't closed on their own place yet. We moved to our back-up offer and have had a deposit from them, but the timescales are longer for completion (end of Nov), which is a drag, but at least it's another deal. Still open to other offers though.....I could just see you and your donkey here, and an excuse for more farm toys, erm implements.
