There are many threads where Anglo Pacific have been mentioned - have a trawl through them - there are varying responses.

One on Inter-Cargo - not good. http://britishexpats.com/forum/showt...ht=inter+cargo

A quick google search:

If you only have a small amount of boxes (no furniture) consider using Air Transat Freight.

I used anglo pacific from U.K. to Oz. Absolutely no problems. Others may report differently.

I think I have seen good and bad reports on just about all the companies.

I think it's a bit like recommending a restaurant to friends. You can bet that their meal will be awful!

I agree, I was looking use one of these 2 but got scared after all the reviews lol, we have moved so often in the past and just talking with neighbors that have had the same movers with horrible service/ or great service when we've had horrible. Think we will just have to ignore it all close our eyes and point to the paper.

Have used AP and thought that they were very good and competitively priced.

We used Anglo Pacific and found their service was dreadful and very unprofessional.
We thought we were getting Anglo Pacific when in actual fact they sub-contracted us to a two bit comedy outfit from down the road.
The chaps worked hard, but they were just not prepared for an international move. I could go into a rant about the catalogue of errors, poor packing, expensive paintings left out in the rain, the list goes on!

Make sure you know what you're getting. Although what we were told and what we got were worlds apart.
We're still waiting 8 weeks later for the rest of our belongings to turn up that didn't fit in the container.
