Talking Has anyone seen a MOOSE?

LoL, I am NOT joking, I went 3 times to visit the provinces on the East Side of Canada...
First time in Nouveau Brunswick, we kept seeing signs for mooses, so we kept scrutining the woods/forests by the side of the road... nothing.
When visiting (touristing) the Acadian village near Caraquet I think, on their closing day, the guide told us she had seen one that morning on the car park!... but we didn't see any on that day, despite being one of the only 5 family visiting that afternoon.

The 2nd time we went in Quebec, up to... I forgot the name now, but well up north there near a lake and still we didn't see anything :-( well no mooses that is...

And last we went to Ontario, seen WONDERFUL THINGS THERE!!! but there weren't advertising the mooses anymore, lol, I guess it is a bit too industrialised and build up for them
Mind we saw a stuffed one on the ground level of the CNN Tower... but you know what I mean?

A REAL ONE, IN THE WILD, "GRAZING HAPPILY" maybe?...

Anyone seen that?

Aline

Yes thanks. Almost got killed by two moose on the Trans Canada Highway in St John's. Fortunately the Mrs's lighting reactions enabled her to swerve in between them although at one point I think we were on two wheels!

Ermmm, probably only about 100 or so since we moved here 3.5 years ago and in the same period we've seen at least 20 wolves, 4 cougars and at this time of year, each time we drive to/from Prince George (our nearest city) we'll see a minimum of 8-10 black bears
