Hairdressing
Hi All
My wife and I are moving to Hamilton Ontario August 2017, i'm moving via work on an intra company transferee permit.
The plan is for my wife to apply for an open work permit at POE as i fall under the skilled worker category.
My wife is a hairdresser and has been for 16 years, mixture of full and part time due to looking after children.
Ive read that she would need a licence to cut hair in Canada, which leads me to ask:
1) how would she go about obtaining a licence.
2) What is the cost.
3) The qualifications she gained at college in the uk, would they need to be brought over with her.
4) What is the likely hood of her gaining work in her profession.
Any and all information welcome
