Grandparents visa migration to Canada
Hi everybody. I am keen to move to Halifax Canada. My question is this:
My grandfather and his second wife (in essence my step grandmother) migrated to Canada back in the mid 60's. He died a number of years ago but she is still alive.
Does this count towards the adaptability factor in the skilled worker class? It indicates that I should receive 5 points for this?
We are in contact with the step grandmother, have addressees details etc.
It says on that the visa processing times from the UK for parents and grandparents migration is 7 months. Given the info above is this something I can pursue.
Many thanks in advance.
Ben
