Are the forms that the removal company fills in acceptable for Immigration/Customs or would it be better to type up a spreadsheet?

As I understand it, many people have provided their own spreadsheets for the immigration officers (best to make sure you have a copy of whatever the packing company is providing as well). However the official forms can be found here:

Forms B4 and B4a.
