hi guys i will be landing in mid may 2019 with my COPR letter , IRISH PASSPORT HOLDER . I will need to cross in to the States for my Canadian job ususally every 4 or 5 days and stay for a few day in the States ( land border only ). Is this possible before i recieve my PR card in the post . Has anyone any experiance with this , I will need to cross regulary so hoping i do not need some type of extra visa form or letter every time i want to enter Canada before my PR card arrives , also do not want to be refused entry in to Canada .
Just to clarify i will be using land border only and driving a semi truck .
I previouly was on a 2 year working holiday visa and aquired my canadain truck lisense during thay time , got my PR though PNP as i worked constantly for one company in Manitoba for more than 6 months . I had to give up my Manitoba lisense as my 2 year working hoilday visa ran out before and my COPR letter had not arrived . so i had to go back to ireland and get my irish driving lisence back , as i previously passed a truck test in canada i can convert to canada trucking lisece straight way .

I would be looking into enrolling where eligible one of the trusted traveller programmes if constantly crossing the border. FAST might be something to look at
