Default Furnished Properties

Good Evening,

I would like to know if a property is advertised as fully furnished is this the same the UK where it includes beds, TV, cupboards but also Microwaves, cutlery, crockery and duvets?

I know in the UK when I have rented an apartment, which stated was fully furnished it meant everything was included but haven't been able to find a definitive answer for what it means in Canada

Many Thanks in advance

Cheers

We have a fully furnished property in Ontario and it includes everything... including things like washing powder, toilet paper, kitchen utensils and crockery, bed sheets, towels etc... actually if anything there is too much and it kinda feels like we are living in someone else's home!

I think there isn't a definitive answer to this one though and it will depend on wither you rent from a corporate business, who regularly let furnished, or from a private owner who is just away for an extended period. Your best bet is to find somewhere you like and ask!
