If you are flying to Vancouver/ Vancouver Island this week, check your flight before you leave for the airport..... lots have been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions in BC.
Fingers crossed that no-one is affected.

hubby is due to fly out from van on xmas eve back to the uk.......we'll be doing xmas via a web cam....lol.....he's sent me piccy's; there's alot of snow but i keep asking him if the airport has been affected. he re-assures me that there is no problems as yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friends son was due in to Victoria yesterday from Calgary. The plane flew into Victoria but the pilot wouldnt land so the plane flew back to Calgary with friends son onboard hes only 14 bless him....

Lots of cancellations and delays at the moment, though most of the cancelled flights are to West Coast destinations. Long haul flights seem to be leaving, if a bit delayed. The forecast is for another dump of snow on Wednesday so fingers crossed.
