We used Air Canada absolutely no problems at all. $245CAD for each dog. They went on same flight as us, the staff were fantastic as they let us wait until 30 mins before boarding and took the dogs from us. They didn't want the dogs to get frightened in the baggage section with all noise. We were able to take the dogs outside until boarding time.
How recent was this. When we brought our dogs across in 2005 we were told that the only option was cargo.

No specific advice, but just wanted to say we are going through the same stresses with our kitty cats! One will be fine but the other is a lil nervy.

We are going to be using jets4pets.com who have been very helpful to date.
