Has anyone got any promo codes for flights back to London? The prices are mental, they make me sick the robbing b******ds!

Nearly as expensive as flying across Canada, which is only half the distance...

Have you had a look at Icelandair via Reykjavik? They had some good prices.

AirTransat's current promo code is 'world10'

I looked at them, last time I booked tickets. It was hundreds of dollars more than Air Canada.

Obviously depends on date and where the OP is flying from...

From Toronto for example, I can see final prices under $700 return including taxes etc.

Air Canada were doing a deal into Dublin for about $1000. Not exactly cheap but depends if that would work for you?

If you need a rental car and / or hotels for your trip to UK, check out booking them through AC, with the flight. You may find that even though the AC flight is more expensive, the overall cost of flight / car / hotels as a total works out cheaper.

If you book early enough Air transit is reasonable enough, we are flying with them in June to the UK

Interesting quandary with Air Transat.

We have found their prices lower for last minute than early booking, even in July....

I find if you book early or if there are seats left last minute then the costs are good. If you book in between not so good

Cheapest I saw when I was looking about a month ago were Westjet to Dublin. It involved a stopover in St John(s(can't remember)), but return all in was under $600. Flights start from YYZ 1st May (I think).

Total time from Vancouver to Dublin is nearly 17 hours, Glasgow is 14 hours. With those seat configs, bugger that. No price is worth that discomfort and hassle.

I'm with you on that, although I'm fly direct from Halifax, not quite as bad!
