The immigrant community could/should at least buy a copy of the drivers handbook and give it a once over...in mine it mentions about the green light situation.

Also the person to the right of you has the right of way at a stop sign.

Yep i knew that realy "honest", i downloaded the Ontario highway code for free, but i cant find the link to it:confused:
Someone may put it on soon, i read it before coming over last year.

Here is just a thought:

Should the licensing body give out a drivers handbook to immigrants for FREE when you exchange licenses???
