The immigrant community could/should at least buy a copy of the drivers handbook and give it a once over...in mine it mentions about the green light situation.

Also the person to the right of you has the right of way at a stop sign.

Yep i knew that realy "honest", i downloaded the Ontario highway code for free, but i cant find the link to it:confused:
Someone may put it on soon, i read it before coming over last year.

Here is just a thought:

Should the licensing body give out a drivers handbook to immigrants for FREE when you exchange licenses???

But it does worry me the number of Britts that come over here expect to get their licences flipped,but dont bother to learn the can highway code or bother to learn how to drive on the new road conditions,,,but as the holier than thow SteveP says i,m a miserable sod
