Absolutely, moving to another country/culture given certain legal and financial parameters is as valid a life choice as much anything else. I was just curious about what is so wrong in the UK that Cotswold villages and presumably other countryside villages that they are somehow being wasted.

We are wanting to try a move now before we have kids and just give it a go. We are in a comfortable position and thought best to do it now. Lifes too short!
