Default Fees Under New law

Dear Sir,

I have applied in July-2001, for PR under skilled worker category. Now, in Aug-2002, I want to add the documents of my spouse.
Do I need to pay any additional application fees for her?
Please explain.
Thanks.

While your application is an existing one and you do not have to pay the new fees,
the addition of your spouse to the process at this time consitutes a new application
and you have to pay the new fees in the IRPAct of 2002. Ron Beirnes
