HI there I do sympathise with you - its all so nearly there just waiting on this one last thing - I actually advertised our house on here under the classifieds and also put it on ebay to get more exposure - dont list under actual property or itll cost you lots more use one of the home and garden categories instead.

but we didnt get any leads from these 2 avenues - you may or may not have better luck? worth a go though.;)
