Default F1 In Canada

Hey, I'm going on holiday to Canada next week (Toronto and Vancouver) and I have the same problem I have with any other holiday I go on....I'm a big F1 fan and I hate missing races I'll be in Vancouver when the European grand Prix is on so my question is this: Do any Canadian TV channels show the race? If not, is there anywhere I can go to watch it?

Cheers

Would have thought it was TSN or FOX - hubby in Alberta gets up at 6am to watch it. Not the whole ITV show but you do get the commentary during qualifying and the race as on ITV

Live on the Speed Channel Canada at 4:30 am in Vancouver on July 22nd.

The British Grand Prix was live on TSN this morning so there's an excellent possibility they will also carry the European Grand Prix.

I don't know what the channel number is for the Speed Channel or TSN on Shaw cable or any of the satellite providers in Vancouver but it is on.

Cheers
Steve

I have just learnt that I don't know how to delete one of my posts.

Of course, there has been no call for it until now.

See I'm very familiar with it.
Does this work on your posts too? Just asking.

No it only works on your own posts.

Would be great if it worked on others posts but I don't think they'd appreciate it somehow.

The problem for you is that there won't be any bars open at 8:00am for you to watch it so make sure your hotel has TSN on their TVs.

TSN don't repeat the races at a reasonable time.

Depends where you live - TSN repeat the European races around early afternoon in BC (ch #208 Shaw Cable). British GP was on at 1.20pm today. The other races they have broadcast rights for are Canada/US, which can be viewed at reasonable times.

Speed Channel generally repeat races early/mid afternoon (ch #41 Shaw Cable in BC).
