Default Exchanged on house today!

Yeah!!! After weeks of waiting we finally exchanged on our house today... completion in 2 weeks, shippers booked, flights provisionally booked, all systems go go go!!

We're soooo excited... can't wait to get to Vancouver.

Yippee!!!

Congratulations! Any last minute nerves now the long wait is over?

For us, after waiting 3 years, we couldn't wait to get on the plane! Have fun on the West coast. It's the best!

Thanks! Definately last minute nerves - but mixed with excitement. Got some family waiting for us in Vancouver so got a good support network already which is a blessing!

Definately cannot wait to go... just have to find jobs now... GULP!!

We had family on the island and stayed with them for the first few months. This made things so much easier as every time we had one of those new immigrant 'how does this work' questions they could give us the answer.

Employment was the biggest worry for us, but saying that, my wife landed the first job she applied for, so it was a bit of an anti-climax.
