No, I wasn't. I immigrated to Canada as Independent with more then required under the
old law (it was 7 years ago) qualifications, but I need to admit with great pleasure
and to your great disappointment that my qualifications back then would also clearly
meet requirements of the new law if I would apply today. Go home... improve your
education and other skills... take under contol you racism and hatred... and maybe in
few years you'll qualify as well...
