Default Ekit sim card for use in NS

Has anyone any experience of using an Ekit sim card in their UK phone whilst in Nova Scotia?

We are heading out there next week and going to require the use of a phone whilst we are there.

Having spoken to O2 the rates are ridiculously high and so we wanted to look at some alternatives.

I have found the Ekit sim card on ebay and it is only £9 which seems very reasonable, I just wondered if anyone else had experience of using it and whether it was worthwhile.

We would want to put the sim card into our existing phones, either a Nokia N95 or an iphone.

Thanks very much
