Have been with E.ON the last 5.5 years; tried today to get the wiki suggested reference letter from them. They refused point blank. Anybody have any success trying to get something similar?
The complaints manager I spoke to may be in need of some training - he started telling me about which parts of Canada he had visited on holiday.
