I just recently moved to BC from On and my ON Licence was stolen 2 days ago with along with My Proof of Citizenship card,

now my Still have my Cnd and British Passports for Id and went to licence office to get new one and to exchange my licence to BC one, but because my British Passport has my middle name on it and my Cnd passport doesn't,
I was told I have to get a new Passport with my middle name on in order to get BC licence, which is over year way anyway as I need a new Proof OF Ciztn card to do that anyway


so I am screwed as I am being forced into driving with out Licence, As I 2 need for work,
any advice people

I guess if that's what ICBC told you, that's what you have to do. You could try another licensing office, call ICBC head office in North Van, try and get a replacement ON license by mail, take in your birth certificate. Only ICBC can answer your question definitively.
