Used to always hear that being said when I was young If kids were on motorbikes with the front wheel locked and spinning around.

And unfortunately is not unusual for kids with fast cars to do it in any neighbourhood.
But a few strategically place boulders seems to have a nice effect of smashing the underneath of the cars. Amazing what a few daff's can hide.
Open planned gardening is just to tempting for them. PS if you catch them you can get charge just for damaging the car.
