It's easier for me to get to BC than England and i'd still have to use someone else's address as i don't have one there either.

Fraud? How so? I'm happy to rent a room and move to BC. I'll take in all the required documents and give them my address. Once my licence comes i'll move back to Calgary and swap my BC licence for an Albertan one until March then Move back to BC and get a BC licence again.

I'm quite happy posting on the forum as i really can't see that i would be doing anything wrong. I'm just trying to get my licence swapped over the only way i can see how.

So you are going to be a 'resident of BC' in December to get a BC license. telling ICBC you live in BC, then in March (3 months later) you are going to present ICBC with an Alberta license, with an issue date shortly after you got your BC license in December as a 'resident of BC' to exchange the Alberta license as you were a resident of Alberta, to get a BC license as you are a now resident of BC again?. Smart move.

Why would they care at all? Would it be any different to me coming to do my PPL in BC and staying there while doing it?

As i said. Prob not going to bother until march.

Then i may come back to Calgary to do my PPL in the summer. Brain freeze
