Dependant's PR status
I will be landing in Toronto and returning back to Kuwait after completing my PR formalities. My daughter will continue to stay in Toronto for her University education. Suppose if I as a main applicant is unable to return to Toronto within the required time limit, will my daughter loose her PR status when I loose my PR status, or will she be able to continue to stay in Canada and get a citizenship. Please advise.

It seems you pretty much made up your mind that you are going to loose your PR, before you have even started? Anyway.....I stand corrected on this, but if that turns out to be the case, I think your daughter should be fine, since she will have her own PR card, that she needs to get a SIN card for work and TAX purposes.

PS...you do realise some people will kill for what you are willing to give up ( PR STATUS )?
