Welcome to the forum, blowey.
Your daughter is eligible to accompany you to Canada if:
That's what it states in the Guide to Application for Permanent Residence : Federal Skilled Worker Class. I know you're going to Manitoba on the Provincial Nominee Program, but a standard application for permanent residence as a skilled worker is the second part of that application process, so the family information from the PR / SW Guide is applicable to you.
Oddly enough, although it states that a child of yours who is married or living common law but who is a student and who is financially dependent on you may apply to move to Canada with you, the Guide says nothing about that child's spouse or common law partner.
Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question about your daughter's fiance.
It's probably better to ask this question on the Canadian Immigration forum.
Sorry, I am not familiar with Trans Ex, but some BE members are truck drivers or spouses of truck drivers, and they may know.
Also, the BE Wiki article on Truck Driving in Canada has links to other websites about the topic. You may be able to find out information from those other websites and forums.
Good luck with your move.
Your daughter is eligible to accompany you to Canada if:
- she is under the age of 22 and does not have a spouse or common-law partner;
- has been continuously enrolled as a full-time student and financially supported by you since turning 22 (or from the date of becoming a spouse or common-law partner if this happened before the age of 22); or
- has substantially depended on your financial support since before turning 22 and is unable to support herself due to a medical condition.
