Common Law Union - Commisioner of Oaths
We are having to fill in all the paperwork for a work permit when we move to Canada but with regards to the common law union statutory decleration form we have a querry.
We are applying for the work visa at the airport in Canada as we have all the necessary paperwork but noticed the Common Law Union Form form requires a signature from a Commisoner of Oaths. Does anyone know if we have to get this done before we head off to Canada or if it can be done at the airport too?
Thanks

Hi
Before, there are no Commissioners of Oath hanging around airports.

We also applied for our permits at the airport and had the doc signed by a solicitor. There is a standard fee of £5.
