Changing Driving License in Edmonton/Alberta
Does anyone know if just the counterpart + plus my passport is enough to swap licenses? I seem to have lost the photocard.

Only time will tell once you visit a Service Alberta centre and attempt to change it over. You may get an agent with common sense or a jobs worth.

You will need the photocard as well as the counterpart!!
