Do you think I would probably have to move without securing a job first. Since no one (from my opinion anyway) going to hire someone who is currently live abroad. My aim is to go to Toronto or Calgari since I have friends and family members who can help me settle.

The visa you chose to apply for used to be called a Working Holiday Visa (perhaps it still is). To me, this implies quite strongly that it is aimed at footloose young things who fancy something along the lines of a gap year or bumming around doing bar jobs or ski instructing etc etc.

If you want or wanted the security of coming to prearranged employment, it was a poor choice of application.

It's your call. Nobody can possibly give you valid advice.
