didnt work for me! have a search for previous threads on the subject
I think taking loads of brewers yeast tablets works, i think it was 800mg a day
Good for you anyway so worth a try, otherwise its citronella stuff

I remember reading somewhere recently that the Avon stuff mustn't be relied upon if there is west nile virus in the area. obviously ok for the UK though
