I would agree with Lychee- London drugs provides a great service and quality of colour reproduction etc is excellent- Walmart I have found in the past hit and miss- ok for snaps but not so good when producing enlargements of any significant size

London Drugs also offers a service for copying, restoring and / or retouching old family photos
I've seen some of the work they've done and it has been pretty impressive.
