Butch was that you out bidding my hubby at that auction? HuH? 'cause we didn't win anything we had to go trouncing round Calgary to look for a summer time ride. AND my Spitfire I wanted (that I didn't even know was going to be there) went for horrendousley stupid money, oh well, it'll have to be a HOG

That was our first visit to Okotoks since 2004 and we remembered straight away why we liked it so much then, you live in a really pretty town

Heinz Baked Beans are available at all major grocery stores in Canada.

It's just that recently arriving Brits don't like the taste of the Canadian variety.

After a while they get used to them and quit whining.

We have been told that Heinz beans in Canada have molasses in, which is why it tastes so different.

I think it's the same with spaghetti.

I've sent them an email asking them if they plan on introducing the Balti to Canada and if it is here already, where I can buy it from....fingers crossed - will let you all know my reply

Sleemans do a cracking range of ales and lagers but for me it has to be the Honey...mmmm Got a nice sweetness to it. I was a definite lager'n'lime fan "back home" but don't need to bother with the old Roses now - and at nearly $5 a bottle anyway, jeez I had to find an alternative!! LOL

Tonight, I'm on hubby's homebrew Cabernet Sauvignon and it tastes superb
Hhhmmmmm..........leemans Honey Brown. Nectar of the Gods
