Default Attn : Mr. Miller

Many time you wrote "once interview is required there is no chance to get interview waiver, Point is not a factor".
I applied on 13 months back to singapore. They started processing application with 5 days after receiving my application. Since they do not send interview required letter.
I think there are little bit possibility to get interview waiver becuse 16 month is not passing or interview call before 31 march deadline.

Thanks.

You cannot draw any conclusions until you either get letter granting interview waiver
or request to do medicals within next few months.

Mr. Miller,

If I not received waiver, you think my interview will be held
before the deadline march 2003 and may be changed retroactivity rules in near future, because 100 over prospective immigrant files cases to federal court against retroactivity rules. They hope from the judges to hear against unfair and unjustice Denis Codree already implying that we are in work in progress. what do you think regarding this.

Thanks.

I'm sorry but I don't have a crystal ball and I can't even speculate about your
chances for waiver.

As for the lawsuit - good luck, but I don't think that such will have any chance
for success.
