Anyone apply at POE?
Morning all,
I am looking for some information from anyone who applied for a TWP at POE.
I am currently in Canada on a BUNAC visa about to trade up to TWP view my current employer. I fall into an LMO exempt role in IT and as such the process I am lead to believe should be pretty straight forward. My only concern just now is am I able to apply at POE? I have read somewhere that only residents of contiguous states to Canada may apply at POE but as I am currently already here on a permit I was wondering if this was not applicable?

We came over in May and did a POE with a TWP at Toronto. No problem at all took about 30 minutes.
