I am all ready to file except degree transcripts and police certificate which will not arrive for another three weeks.

In view of potential flood of applications due to new 67 point threshold and timescales on whole process i'm toying with the idea of filing my application now and adding the transcripts & police certificate later, rather than waiting for them to come before filing.

Any thoughts?

Yep - go for it! I sent my degree transcript in after I had sent in the application. I included a note to say that it was going to be arriving late. Also, we had to get police certs from our time spent in Kuwait. We still haven't received them from the Kuwait embassy and that is now 18 months after we applied for them! However, it didn't stop us from being processed and are now a few days away from receiving our visas. We also received a note along with our passport requests saying that the need for the kuwait police certs had been waived.

I'm sure I read recently, on one of the forums, that someone from CHC said UK folks should send in the apps sooner rather than later and send in the police certs when they get them.

I spoke to Lady from CHC at the sandown show at the weekend she said get your forms in and send police checks ect on afterwards.
