Dont believe me? look at a map. Lets just say that its long way from anywhere that a major band would play.
Saskatoon to Calgary for example is a good 7hrs drive each way. Edmonton is a little closer at about 5-6hrs. International departures will be limited, and that means additional expense to get anywhere.
