2 weeks on in NS.

2 weeks on in NS.
Hi All,
well 2 weeks on and everything going very well, apart from house in uk still not sold. But we are staying with my sister for now. Went through immigration no problems no delays. Next day applied for sin number,mis medical cards, and opened our bank account, was given cards, credit cards straight away. We have also bought our first car, got good deal with insurance with Johnson's, $1,200 for a 4 door basic car.
Hubby started job this week, really good money and seems to be ok with it, only the start time this week is 2.30am, lovely!! I have applied for 8 jobs this week so hope to get some reply end of week. My son who is 4 is having a great time here never had so much space. So still looking at houses, and hope to buy soon. Will keep all posted.

the house didn't go to plan second loook with our real estate guy, lots wrong with it in poor condition, so decided not to go for it, but we hope something may come up soon. Will talk to you on thursday, hopefully jamie's last night will be thursday 3.30am comes home at 2pm. Be down to yours saturday, will let you know.

Great news Wendy!! I am so pleased you are enjoying yourselves. I have been here almost 8 months now.....can you believe it??? Time really does fly when you are having fun.
