No, I didn't particularly like her version, but in general, she is brilliant.

A musical genius. She wrote wuthering heights when she was just a kid, 15 or so. Easily the most inventive and clever female artist Britain has produced.

Wish to god she hadn't. She may be a brilliant writer but her voice reminds me of scraping nails down a blackboard :eek:

Ah Bananarama - the girl band with a total aversion to harmonies (or do I mean inability?):D

As for Kate Bush; yes she is brilliant, but Rocket Man was not one of her best.
Wasn't too keen on the B side either which was a cover of Candle in the Wind.

Remember it well..... although more recently Borat (Sacha Baron Cohen) came a close second........

Yeah, but the Borat one would have been "in character", not someone proporting that they could sing.

Good point - but I don't think the (very unamused) audience bothered to stop and make that distinction...........
