My OH was adamant that we were not selling the house under any circumstances and it was to be rented out.

I resign myself to this and the fact we will have to buy a smaller house in OZ until after the last couple of weeks where we had a pretty horrible medical scare we've decided lifes to short so........

Houses in our area go within days so I'm not to worried. When a neighbour found out about our plans they asked if we were selling as one of their friends wanted a four bed and would be interested, so hopefully luck is on our side!

We're gona sign the deeds over to family if it not concluded before we go and leave anyway
