But would you care about going to a restaurant where the food is cooked by someone that is sweating profusely into the food?

When I go out for a meal, I don't ask to see all the chefs in the kitchen. As I said previously, that programme showed everyone what is likely happening in most restaurant kitchens around the world. Of course I don't want any random bodily fluids getting in my food, but short of never eating out, or not letting anyone other than me cook, there's no way I can prevent it 100%. Kitchens are hot. People sweat.
