it an attempt to fix my computer, i have deleted all the key programs which make it work, cant access my itunes, and camera isnt being recognised. gos im so crap at technical stuff

think i might just tell OH it's broken and buy a new one

Just uninstall Smiley central for a start.

Go Start->Control Panel->Add remove Programs. Pick Smiley Central and uninstall it.

Or are you just looking for an excuse to buy a new computer

no i have had computer for 3 years and apart from it working really slowly, there is no decent software on it. well not now iv deleted most of it!

and no not advertising smiley central, literally got a pop up and it installed it!

i have been having a quick look on internet, but dont know what spec, memory etc i should be getting. and also they all have different processors

2 tips.....

Never install things suggested to you as pop ups - unless you want grief (or know how to fix problems)

And buy a Mac. A bit more than a PC but comes with everything you ned out of the box and just works,
