Where is the best place to buy a fridge freezer and leather sofa from in the Brisbane region? Have looked at Super A Mart and Homemaker City. Is Super A Mart the best/cheapest option?

Super a mart is pretty good yeah - that's who we used when we first arrived. Though, since realised that Harvey Norman are great competition for them - try them both and play them both off each other.

Super Amart don't sell fridge/freezers do they? Good Guys, Clive Anthonys, Clive Peeters, Harvey Norman etc all do white goods and you play them off against each other to get the best price.

I wouldn't buy a pencil from Super Amart personally. I'd rather wait until I have a bigger budget and then go to a better store. Depends on how desperate you are for furniture.

Electrical try good guys, always ask for a discount.

Sofas try super A/ Ikea they are pretty cheap, although my rellie got a great deal on the internet recently for a sofa.

We got our white goods in Good Guys but you have to be cheeky with prices.

Can try Harvey Norman, Retravision, Good Guys for white goods.

Retravision do a thing where if you spend $500 (or multiples thereof) they give you a $500 voucher towards holiday accommodation which is actually pretty good.
