Just leftovers today but I've just made tomorrow's lunch.

In my lunch kit is a salad of 4 leaf lettuce, 1/2 cuke, 1/2 red capsicum, spring onion, grated tasty cheese and homemade croutons. I just bought some Newman's Own balsamic dressing (yum) so I'll take that as well. There's also a mandarin and a snack sized bag of sea salt Cob's popcorn for morning and afternoon snacks.

I love those but always eat too many and end up with my mouth all raw from all the vinegar. :) Have you tried the cheddar and black pepper ones? They stink something awful, but they're really tasty.
