What's for lunch?

Our house is going on a health kick so I have taken it upon myself to be the martyr who eats the last of the junk.
I'm thinking a bacon sandwich washed down with skim milk and the last two digestives is kind of bad so I thought I'd save the last piece of rather fabulous home made lime tart for later.

Sweet potato with tuna, Activia yoghurt and a banana.

Homemade falafels with pita bread, gherkins, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, avocado and hummus. Followed by yoghurt and strawberries. And quite nice it was, too.

lol you lot are lunch snobs.
I had........................................ wait for it................................................ ...................... drum roll.............................................. .................................................. .................................................
A tuna sandwich -
no fancy special bread, no fancy tuna, just out of a tin and dumped between two slices of bread.
Ha, beat that.
And to ramp up the excitement I have a week old satsuma that was left in the bottom of my work bag to eat later, yum yum.

Coffee and heavy cream to start the day.
Lunch - A large pile of bacon and spinach cooked in 100% animal fat with some Tabasco Sauce and Cayenne Pepper all mixed into some leafy greens
Dinner - A minced beef concoction cooked in coconut oil with some non-starchy veggies and salad on the side.
My nutrition is at least 65% Fat and no more than 15% Carbohydrate by calories. No grains, no legumes, minimal sugar, minimal processed food.
Too much information? OK.
Losing a heap of weight too with minimal exercise
Nuts to the Food Pyramid, that's a crock.

Yep I plan to eat some dead animal later - nice bit of chicken for tea.

A banana! Some of my shifts are just stupid and right across the "normal" lunch time period - I'm not entitled to a break and after work have to dash off to get my girly from school, so on days like this, lunch passes me by. Having said that, somehow in spite of this I have managed to podge up and am now on a de-podging regime as of today. I'll need to give some thought to what to eat on days like today as I know it will undermine the whole process if I skip meals.
